Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about partnering, expanding, and how we work.

For partners

Partners operate under written agreements as independent local representatives. You must comply with laws in the UK, USA, Australia, or Greece regarding payment processing, tax reporting, and anti-money-laundering rules. We vet applicants and provide structure, but you are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
Payment processors like Stripe and Square require a local legal entity or individual resident to open merchant accounts. Your name on the account gives the business's clients a domestic, trustworthy payment destination — which dramatically improves conversion versus foreign wire transfers.
International Partner covers partner onboarding costs, legal structuring support, and account setup coordination. You are not asked to pay upfront fees to join. Standard payment processor transaction fees still apply on each payment as with any merchant account.
Five percent of the gross amount the client pays — before payment processor fees. For example, on a €1,000 payment, your commission is €50. See our earnings page for worked examples.

After your local partner receives client payments and retains their 5%, the remaining balance is forwarded to you per the settlement schedule in your partnership agreement — typically via bank transfer or agreed payment method.
Partner commission (5% of client payments), standard Stripe/Square processing fees, and International Partner service terms discussed during onboarding. No surprise partner setup invoices — we fund that side.
